Our Ingredients
We believe that the key to great-tasting take away food is using fresh, high-quality ingredients. That's why we source our fish from Rex Down Fish Merchants and prepare our chips daily. Our chef, Rachel, is committed to reimagining traditional chip shop fare providing something a bit different to other chips shops. We also offer a variety of gluten-free and vegetarian options to accommodate all dietary needs.
Our Commitment to Sustainability
One of our core values is to be a predominantly plastic free fish and chip shop. We choose to wrap our fish and chips in paper to reduce packaging, carbon footprint and waste. Our salads, sauces and sides come in Vegware or biodegradable pots and lids so your take away food stays warm and gets home safely.
